Risk Management Professional (RMP)® – Exam Preparation
This course helps participants prepare for the Project Management Institute’s (PMI®) Risk Management Professional (RPM®) exam with the understanding of project risk management according to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) Guide.For project managers and individuals who want to sit for the RMP® exam, this course is designed to address all concepts and knowledge areas, sample exams, workshops and final exam simulator to enable participants to pass the exam. In addition provides the skills to identify and measure risks in project development and implementation.

Participants benefit from an optimal mix of learning methods to build their RM knowledge, learn to apply this knowledge in real life, and positions the participants to successfully complete the exam.

Upon completion of this course, the participant will have a comprehensive understanding of:

–          Risk Management framework, based on internationally-recognized best practices for managing risks

–          Apply risk management techniques to determine the true cost and schedule for projects and operations

–          Describe Risk Management principles and techniques and how they apply to the day-to-day management

–          How to prepare for the PMI® Project Risk Management Professional (PMI RMP®) Certification Exam

–          Practice solving sample exams and sharing feedback with participants

Pre-requisites –          There are no formal pre-requisites, although prior knowledge to project Management basic concepts and terminologies is highly recommended

–       It is online, computer based exam at prometric

–       The exam is in 170 multiple-choice questions, at 3 hours
